We are bursting with excitement! We have so much to share with you as we begin the year 2014. It’s all about God’s faithfulness to the vision he gave me 21 years ago. The Bible College is growing and growing. The number of people we reach in a year is growing and growing! The geographic territory we minister in is growing and growing! This article will tell you all about the signs of growth! As you read, join us in giving praise and thanks to our God, who is bringing it to pass.
Growth—the Addition of New Staff Positions
We have grown so much as a ministry that, at the beginning the fall semester in October, I stepped into the new role of Chancellor of End Time Harvest Bible College. I will now transition myself from the office of President and doing the majority of the administration, to that of being a mentor and overseer of the work.
Long-time teacher at the College, Rev. Ben Agbakli, has been appointed to the position of President. For the past year and a half, he has added to his teaching role that of Dean of Students in partial preparation for his appointment as President.
In addition, our secretary of nearly ten years has stepped into the new position of the Chief Administrative Officer. She will be handling all areas of record-keeping for the ministry. My role now is to mentor them in their respective positions to perform all the administrative aspects that I have been doing since the college first opened its doors.
In my role as Chancellor and continued overseer of all aspects of the Bible College, I will continue to teach six courses each semester, hold the monthly crusades and head-up the other ministries that we do here in Ghana, as well as the foreign missions’ trips, and, as you read on, will oversee the starting of a new satellite college!
Growth—the Ripple Effect
God said: Five buildings in the shape of a cross, with people running in to be trained, and people running out to spread the Gospel.
End Time Harvest Bible College is a ministry to equip the saints (the students) for the work of the ministry. They are receiving a first-class academic education as well as bearing fruit in extending God’s kingdom through the student outreach ministries. and beyond after they graduate!

*127 graduates have been placed in leadership positions in their churches.
